Tryouts are scheduled for Sunday, November 15th @ Lake of the Woods School

REGISTRATION CLOSES: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH @ NOON

11:30 a.m. Check-In
12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tryouts for grades 7th – 11th in the Big Gym
12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tryouts for grades 4th – 6th in the Multi Purpose Gym
12:00 p.m. Required Parent Meeting in the Commons
9:00 p.m. Teams Posted to Website

TO BRING TO TRYOUTS

  • Season Club Fees (cash or check)
  • Proof of USA Volleyball Registration
  • Water bottle, shoes, knee pads, appropriate clothing, pony-tail

There will be a required Parent Meeting at 12:00 pm

Family vacations are considered an acceptable absence from volleyball club activities, provided that coaches are informed in advance. PLEASE LET THE BOARD/COACH KNOW ABOUT YOUR PLANNED VACATION ASAP. This will help us in determining which tournaments we plan to register for. We understand the importance of quality time with family and encourage open communication to ensure team planning can continue smoothly. While regular attendance is important for team development, we respect and support families in prioritizing meaningful time together during the season. Please view our handbook for additional acceptable/unacceptable abscences.
I hereby grant permission for LLVC to use photographs and/or video of me taken at tournaments for social media, publications, news release and in other communications related to the mission of LLVC(Required)

This fee will be incorporated into total season fees without raising the cost. If a player decides not to participate following team placement, their $50 will not be refunded. This fee helps offset the tryout coaches fees, gym rental and any additional charges to occur before remaining payments are processed.
