Treasurer’s Report
- Financials presented
- Credit Card for Tryout fee increase to $52. This will completely offset the process fee.
- Motion to accept treasurers report and increase: Justin

- Discussion regarding age limit, per email and request from Lisa. Current restriction is not defined by age but 4th grade. Question raised if we are firm on this even if a player is at the ability of a higher level. Explanation provided regarding age/grade reasoning. Justin provided information on summer tournaments with younger tam allowance.
- Decision to maintain the 4th grade requirement.
Old Business
- Jerseys
- McCall is working on getting quotes. Name brand not necessary but would like good quality. Simple design with team name, number and player name
- Would like to receive samples for sizing.
- Still need to determine libero jersey purchasing.
- Registration
- Discussion regarding email accounts. Courtney will look into this. She will also update the board on hosting fees.
- Courtney can setup an export from registrations that has all needed information.
- Wendy will work to get invoices sent out for those that have fundraising completed.
- Meat Raffles
- Discussion regarding players working additional raffles outside of schedule.
New Business
- Tryouts
- Need to keep them on November 9 from 12-4. Sam has still not confirmed but hope we are ok.
- Registration will begin at 11:30 and parents meeting at noon.
- Coaches can meet somewhere else after if we need to be out by 4. Suggestion of arena board room.
- Players will not be allowed to enter gym without pre-paying $50 tryout fee.
- Tryout coaches are Courtney, Jordan, Justin, Danielle, Nicole and Karley.
- Discussion regarding season coaches. Courtney will reach out to potentials and try to get commitments.
- Logo
- Tabled until November meeting.
- Will need before clothing orders
- Tournaments
- Many tournament increased in entry fees. Some are now limited at 8 teams and 2 days also.
- McCall complied and handed out list of available tournaments.
- Dance competitions are Feb 21 and Mar 21.
- Skating show is Mar 22
- We don’t know the softball dates yet.
- Current proposal
- March 28-29 – Princeton
- April 11-12 – Alexandria
- May 2-3 – Duluth
- May 9-10 – Fargo
- Justin submitted a grant to replace med kits. Thanks Justin!
