• 2024 and 2025 balances have been reconciled.
• Balance sheet handed out.

Old Business
Proposed changes to Bylaws and Handbook
• Proposed change of term from non-profit to not-for-profit in bylaws and handbook. • Proposed change of title of Handbook to Lady Lakers Member Handbook
• Add index and definitions of common terms such as game, set, match, member and household. o Household is defined as individuals who are living together as one economic unit. • Add section to tournaments with team officiating requirements. Also state teams are required to comply with tournament rules and regulations.
• Coaches conduct will not be added to the handbook but will be referenced and available on the website. • Property physical and intellectual policy will also be referenced in handbook. Add property information to article 6: G of by-laws.
• Refer to bylaws for Board of Director responsibilities. Mention requirements include attendance of monthly meetings. We strive to maintain BOD containing parents, coaches and community members. Yet we are always open to feedback and suggestions.
• Add below philosophy coaches expectations and responsibilities.
• Age and grade waiver section pulled directly from NCR guidelines.
• No further discussion regarding coach/player bullying policy.
Coaches/Player Interest Form
• Board accepted forms created by Matti. These still need to be added to the website as soon as possible.
New Business
Website/Social Media
• We purchased ladylakersvolleyball.com domain. Will begin to look at ways of rebuilding an updated website.
• Need to move forward with revamping the logo.
• Reminder to start utilizing social media to highlight players.
