Old Business
1. Clothing Store:
- Warroad Threads will create a full online store. Embroidery and screen print will be available for a variety of different apparel options. Online store should be up in January. Apparel should be delivered in February.
- Action Items:
- McCall will ask if shipping will be available upon request.
2. Adult Volleyball Fundraiser – Saturday, December 28
- 4 registrants so far. 2 payments have been received.
- Sam will organize and communicate food for concessions and communicate via Team Reach
- Chili, hotdogs, buns, granola bars, apples, bananas, bars/cookies, plates, napkins, bowls, spoons
- Need a count for what players will be available for the tournament. Make a concession and reffing assignments accordingly.

3. Tryout Recap
- Courtney received feedback from the tryout coaches.
- Majority of tryout coaches requested a longer tryout and discussed incorporating individualized metrics.
4. Coach and Player Communications
- Matti will send out coach communication and info.
- Coaches need to create Team Reach and assign a Team Manager
- Coaches will communicate responsibilities of Team Managers
- Team Manager Responsibilities:
- Jersey collection at end of season
- Plan end of year party with board assistance as needed
- Order coaches gift as team sees fit
- Take tournament photos, preferably prior to the games. Unless hardware is received and another picture is justified.
- Team bonding recommended, but not required. For example: locker signs, encouraging notes, parental rotation for breakfasts if early morning practice.
- No club money will be provided for team bonding or gifts.
- McCall will communicate to parents/players to complete ref training prior January 31.
New Business
1. Tournaments
- 3 tournaments are registered and paid for. Princeton, Fargo, Alexandria.

2. PO Box
- $76/year with an $11 payment for keys. About $90/year. A good sustainable decision for the club.

- Courtney proposed a few pricing packages for an updated website.
