Old Business
1. Clothing Store:
● Fundraising total: $389, expect for set-up fees to be deducted from this amount ● We will reimburse Jordan Sonstegard for a coach’s shirt
● Items will still be available through Warroad Threads to purchase but you may need to be pay an additional set-up fee
● Communicate and coordinate pick-up when order is complete early-March 2. Moose Lodge Valentine Fundraiser
● 13 girls available to help work
● Action Items:
○ McCall will continue to coordinate
3. Ditch Picking
● McCall will ask a few parents if they’re interested in coordinating this as an individual/player/family fundraiser opportunity. This will not be a board coordinated fundraising event.
4. Website Update
● Courtney presented a visual design for board discussion
● Encourage family/parents to take action shots at tournaments
● Take a club-wide photo with all players during first week of practice New Business

○ Andreana will communicate with Chloe Olson regarding Safe Sport and any other required licensing, etc. needed to coach

3. Meat Raffle Eligibility
● If you are signed up for a meat raffle and become unavailable and will miss a meat raffle, your player family is responsible for finding a replacement. This is not the board’s responsibility. This is an individual fundraising opportunity. If you miss a meat raffle and communicate appropriately, you will get a pass. If you miss a second meat raffle you will be charged $50 and no longer eligible to work a meat raffle again for the remainder for the season. This is a reflection of our club and we are fortunate to be offered this fundraising opportunity within our community.
● McCall and Wendy will create sign-in forms for players to complete at our meat raffle locations.
