Lady Lakers Volleyball Club Board Meeting

Board Members Present: McCall Plourde, Matti Nelson, Wendy Peterson, Justin Quo, Jackie Bossoletti, Sarah Block
Meeting being held to discuss team approval and try-outs. No agenda provided.
Try-Out Needs
- Discussion of items that can be placed in a tote marked tryouts for ease of use each year.
- Whistles
- Stop watches
- Clipboards
- Pens
- Name Tags
- Provide editable list of registrants, preferably via Google Docs.
- Provide snack and drink each year.
- Have 6th graders released early so they have time for snack and can join older group in large gym.
- Length of tryouts seemed adequate.
- Ensure wall is open in gym.
- Get keys for net area from Jill or another coach.
- Suggested color shirts for age divisions.
- Split payment lines into alphabet portions.

- 5 teams of 8 and 1 team of 7
- 17s Black – 8
- 17s Blue – 8
- 14s – 8
- 12s Black – 7
- 12s Blue – 8
- 11s – 8
- Justin will post teams to website once approved.

Tournaments
- Matti and Wendy will meet with Alisa to book tournaments.
Additional Info Discussed
- Matti and/or Wendy will work to setup Google Doc account for sharing all LLVC files.
- Williams meat raffle payments need to be changed to Matti for delivery.
- the account for unplanned expenses.

- Dec meeting was originally cancelled. Board decided there would be enough to discuss for meeting to be added back to the schedule.
